Advice for Road Runners: The Hoka Women’s Bondi 8 Running Shoes in the fresh Coastal Sky/All Aboard colourway are the softest and most cushioned running shoes in the Hoka range and have had some fantastic updates.

Underfoot Feel

The shoe has a softer, more resilient midsole foam which adds extra bounce. The foam also delivers a smooth feeling underfoot when combined with Hoka’s Meta Rocker technology.

The heel has been extended and features billowed grooves. This improves shock absorption and also smooths the transition from heel to toe-off. In addition, an Ortholite Hybrid sockliner enhances the soft, cushioned feel.

The outsole uses strategically placed Durabrasion rubber for greater durability and weight reduction.

Upper Fit

The upper incorporates a soft and highly breathable engineered mesh and more memory foam in the ankle collar. The semi-gusseted tongue also features extra padding and provides a secure and comfortable fit.

Ideal Run Type

The Hoka Women’s Bondi 8 Running Shoes are highly cushioned and supportive and are ideal for easy or steady runs, whatever the distance. They also offer excellent protection for runners running at easier to steady paces by reducing stress on the lower legs.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
