The outsole features a thin web of rubber that delivers grip for when you are pushing the pace.

The upper of the Zoom Fly 6 utilises a two-layer woven mesh system – offering premium comfort in a sock-like fit. Expect high levels of breathability and durability. 

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Women’s Zoom Fly 6 Road Running Shoes are best suited to challenging long runs and tempo runs. In an ideal world, you would train in the Zoom Fly and then race in shoes such as the Vaporfly or Alphafly. 

It is worth noting that Eliud Kipchoge and other elite Nike athletes played a vital role in the development of the Zoom Fly 6.
