Underfoot Feel

The two layers of On’s CloudTec cushioning made from Helion foam absorb impact while reducing energy loss. They also create a springboard effect as you run.

The stiff polypropylene Speedboard helps you maintain running efficiency as you fatigue. In addition it provides a quick and responsive transition from heel strike through to toe-off.

The large cloud elements combined with the Speedboard offer fantastic energy return.

Finally, the grippy rubber compound added to the outsole side of the clouds provides excellent levels of traction.

Upper Fit

Step-in comfort is enhanced by the premium feel of the soft-touch comfort fabric in the upper.

Ideal Run Type

The On Men’s Cloudmonster Running Shoes are soft and highly protective. This makes them ideal for long and recovery runs but they also respond superbly when you push the pace.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
