The Ronhill Recharge Light Armband should sit comfortably around your upper arm, and make you more visible to others. 

You can set the armband to a constant glow, or to a flashing light. The battery life lasts 5.5 hours when it’s on a constant glow; and 11.5 hours when it’s flashing. 

This is a rechargeable armband, and does not require batteries.
