This shoe features Enerzy Core combined with an Enerzy midsole that provides an excellent energy return and feels springy and cushioned underfoot. It also uses a wave style structure in the form of FOAM WAVE. The shape of this structure helps disperse energy to a broader area to provide a smoother transition through the gait cycle and more stability underfoot. A one-piece WAVEKNIT Bootie construction delivers a sock-like fit that reduces bulk around the foot. Support in the upper is delivered by a WAVEKNIT Wave pattern that holds the foot without being intrusive. The X10 blown rubber outsole provides great durability and traction.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
