SaltStick | Fast Chews – Lemon & Lime

SaltStick’s Fast Chews provide electrolytes. Two SaltStick electrolyte tablets provide 100 mg of sodium, 30 mg of potassium; 6 mg of magnesium, and 10 mg of calcium. 

The main purpose of providing electroylytes in this chewable form is help you when you are exercising in the heat. SaltStick Fast Chews may help to reduce muscle cramping and heat stress, boost stamina and maintain electrolyte levels. 

One of the benefits of the chewable tablets is that they may facilitate fast absorption through buccal muccosa (tissue in the mouth).

Suggested use: take up to 2 tablets per 15-30 minutes during physical activity. Do not take more than 15 tablets daily. To improve the chance of electrolyte absorption, let FastChews dissolve in your mouth before swallowing. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
