Underfoot Feel

There is a significant amount of ZoomX foam underneath your feet. ZoomX foam is light, soft, and it returns a lot of energy.

The midsole is shaped like a rocker, which helps to encourage easier and more efficient transition through the gait cycle. 

The Invincible 3 are neutral running shoes. However, you should notice that the midsole and outsole are broad at the heel and the forefoot. This helps to provide a stable platform from which to land and push off from.

Upper Fit

An evolved Flyknit upper provides breathability and support where it is most needed.

We know that some runners find the Invincible 3 to feel loose at the heel. There is an extra eyelet which can be used for a tighter fit at the heel, if required. However, our advice is to only use this if you find that you definitely need it. In all likelihood you will find the looser and less intrusive fit at the heel will end up feeling very normal.

The Nike Women’s Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes are best for easy to steady paced training runs. The design means that they can be a great choice for the likes of a long steady paced training run one day, followed by an easy paced recovery run the next.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
