• 600mg of sodium chloride;
• 200mg of potassium chloride; and
• 20mg of marine magnesium citrate (aquamin).

Cadence™ Energy Hydration Sachets provide a complete electrolyte solution with added caffeine and L-theanine. Designed to help you to maintain cellular hydration and electrolyte balance, and to improve your energy and sustain focus. 

The electrolyte content consists of:

• 550mg of sodium chloride;
• 200mg of potassium chloride; and
• 20mg of marine magnesium citrate (aquamin).

The energy formula consists of:

• 100mg of caffeine; and
• 200mg of L-theanine.

Cadence™ Sleep Hydration Sachets are designed to help induce a state of calm – with the goal of helping you to wake up rested; not drowsy. The potent sleep complex has been formulated to reduce the time taken to fall asleep, improve sleep quality and prolong the duration of sleep. 

The electrolyte content consists of:

• 100mg of sodium chloride;
• 100mg of potassium chloride; and
• 50mg of marine magnesium citrate (aquamin).

The sleep formula consists of:

• 1000mg of L-tryptophan;
• 1000g L-glycine;
• 200mg L-theanine;
• 100mg ashwagandha; 
• 75mg valerian root extract 10:1;
• 14mg vitamin B6; and
• 2mg zinc.
