Next, a knit material acts like a warm jacket for your feet. There’s also a heathered lining in the collar that should result in your ankles feeling warmer and staying drier.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Women’s Pegasus 39 Shield Running Shoes should be great for cold, wet winter runs. That’s because they are likely to keep your feet warmer and improve your underfoot confidence on wet surfaces. 

As the midsole offers great protection, these should perform over a range of paces and feel comfortable for daily miles.
