Advice for Road Runners: The HOKA Women’s Arahi 7 Road Running Shoes come with added support for unstable feet and ankles. The responsive midsole is suited to everyday runs.
Underfoot Feel
The HOKA Arahi 7 are stability running shoes. This means that their structure is designed to be more supportive than the structure of neutral running shoes.
The enhanced stability mainly results from HOKA’s J-Frame™ support. J-Frame™ is a J shaped section of firmer foam. The J shape leads to the firmer foam extending along medial side of the shoe to a significant extent. The firmer foam limits the foots ability to roll inwards.
The Arahi 7 should feel protective underfoot, but still feel responsive.
Upper Fit
The Arahi 7 Running Shoes’ upper is a flat-knit design. This should result in a locked-in fit and feel. It’s also highly breathable.
Please note: HOKA only converts the women’s size from US to UK by one and a half sizes. Most running brands convert it by two full sizes. We recommend choosing your normal US running shoe size.
Ideal Run Type
The HOKA Men’s Arahi 7 Road Running Shoes are best placed to be suitable for runs at slower to steady paces. However, as the cushioning does feel quite responsive, this HOKA model should also feel good on faster sections of your daily training runs.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
