Advice for Road Runners: Stability, cushioning and comfort are what you get from the new Solar Glide ST 3. Designed to deliver a cushioned, yet responsive feel, the midsole is made from 70% BOOST and 30% EVA. BOOST foam makes slower-paced miles feel easy, while a firmer forefoot area delivers great responsiveness for steadier sessions.

A technology called Stableframe helps provide added stability. The firm structure wraps the whole way around the midsole to reduce excess pronation. This style of support helps you when you need it, meaning it works well for runners who have a difference in the stability between each foot. The Solar Glide ST 3 is a particularly good stability option for runners who are prone to knee and hip stress as the holistic style of support can help reduce rotation in the legs. Stability is further enhanced by the midfoot torsion system. Its intuitive design works with the foot to ensure great support under the midfoot.

While the black and white upper looks simple, the engineered mesh features Tailored Fibre Placement. Structures are precisely placed in specific areas to reinforce parts where more support is needed. Stretchweb is placed on the outsole to enhance stability and traction.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
