The adidas Supernova Rise Running Shoes feature Dreamstrike+ cushioning. Designed for everyday miles, this cushioning offers a balanced feel between softness and responsiveness. 

Even though these are neutral running shoes, a Support Rod system (made from foam) makes the midsole feel very stable. This also increases the responsiveness of the midsole.

Sizing Advice
