A cushioned Bounce midsole protects your feet on rough cross country terrain. It also provides great energy return when you pick up the pace. In addition, the midsole is flexible and conforms superbly to uneven terrain. Grippy rubber and aggressive teeth in key areas of the forefoot increase traction. Finally, the flexible 5-spike plate ensures a comfortable feel and offers fantastic grip.

Upper Fit

The durable mesh upper of the Adizero XCS is highly breathable and drains well in wet conditions. The upper utilises recycled content in its construction and is specifically engineered to offer support and comfort in all the right places.

The adidas Unisex Adizero XCS Cross Country Spikes are ideal for use in varied cross country training and racing.

Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes.

To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
