Underfoot Feel

With a thicker midsole than before which uses Flytefoam Blast foam together with Gel cushioning in both the heel and forefoot, this latest edition offers excellent cushioned protection combined with outstanding energy return for a responsive feel. The midsole adapts to specific pressures placed upon it due to the 3D Space Construction used.

Upper Fit

A soft engineered mesh upper includes strategic support in key areas and is designed to work in conjunction with the midsole to provide smooth transitions. The upper will also accommodate a greater range of foot shapes. Breathability is also aided by the open nature of the mesh in specific areas. 

Ideal Run Type

The Asics Gel-Cumulus 24 is a superb update of a renowned mileage shoe and is an excellent option for training across a wide range of distances and paces.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
