Advice for Road Runners: The Asics Men’s GT-2000 11 Running Shoes in the Black/Sun Peach colourway have undergone further significant updates and now provide dynamic stability and a plush and comfortable feel.

Underfoot Feel

Flytefoam Blast cushioning is used through the midsole, providing superb protection and energy return. Heel and forefoot Gel also enhance this protection.

Gender specific 3D SPACE CONSTRUCTION in the heel improves compression on initial strike. This also improves the stability delivered through the LITETRUSS system. This system uses denser foam on the medial side of the shoe and provides a smooth, supportive feel.

The one piece sole unit increases ground contact and also smooths the transition from heel to toe. The outsole features AHAR+ rubber in areas that are prone to the highest levels of abrasion.

Upper Fit

The lightweight engineered mesh upper is accommodating and provides a supportive and comfortable fit around the foot and ankle.

The Asics Men’s GT-2000 11 Running Shoes are well cushioned and versatile stability shoes. They offer protection for runners with mild to moderate instability, alongside good energy return when you pick up the pace. 

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
