Advice for Road Runners: The ASICS Women’s Gel-Cumulus 26 Running Shoes are lighter and more cushioned in comparison to any of the previous versions of the Gel-Cumulus.

Underfoot Feel

The majority of the midsole consists of ASICS’ FF BLAST™ PLUS foam. This foam is designed to create a softer and more comfortable running experience. However, the foam just mentioned doesn’t work in isolation. At the heel area there is also internalised PureGEL™ technology. The purpose of PureGEL™ is to further improve softness and shock absoption.

As you move through the various stages of the gait cycle, the FluidRide™ outsole should enable smoother transitions.

The engineered mesh upper is designed to be breathable and comfortable.

The ASICS Women’s Gel-Cumulus 26 Running Shoes are neutral road running shoes. They are a great option for runners seeking comfort and protection for everyday training runs – such as runs at easy to steady paces.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
