Rear and forefoot GEL technology softens impact on heel strike and gives a smooth transition through to toe-off. Surrounding the GEL inserts, a combination of FLYTEFOAM and lightweight FF BLAST+ cushioning enhances the softness of landing and ensures a responsive and energetic toe-off while reducing stress on your legs.

The engineered mesh upper contains recycled materials and is designed with a flexible midfoot panel to move seamlessly with the foot while offering excellent breathability. The midfoot panel hugs the foot and centres it on the platform of the shoe, adding a stable feel to this neutral shoe.

The outsole features a combination of ASICS LITE rubber which is light, strong and more sustainable than other outsole rubbers, and AHAR rubber in areas that are prone to the highest levels of abrasion.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
