Brooks | Men’s Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoes – Peacoat

Advice for Road Runners: We’re big fans of the Peacoat/Orange/Surf the Web colourway in the Brooks Men’s Adrenaline GTS 23. This iconic model has been updated with DNA LOFT v2 cushioning. 

Underfoot Feel

The 23rd edition of the Adrenaline features the same GuideRail support as the previous version. Brooks’ trademark holistic support system is almost unnoticeable and should keep your knees and hips in better alignment. 

The key update to the Brooks Men’s Adrenaline GTS 23 is the improved midsole. Now made with DNA LOFT v2 cushioning, it feels lighter underfoot. This still delivers a soft and responsive underfoot experience. 

Upper Fit

There’s not a lot to talk about when it comes to the upper of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23. Which in our experience, is a good thing. A soft and breathable mesh upper feels very comfortable. While 3D Fit Print overlays minimises stitching and lessens the chances of friction. 

Ideal Run Type

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 features a holistic support system. Our advice is that this should work well for runners who are prone to knee and hip discomfort during running. That’s not to say other types of stability shoes can’t help too. It’s just that this support system has been specifically designed to lower the chances of knee injuries.

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 cushioning feels soft and cushioned – perfect for slow to steady paced miles and long runs.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
