Underfoot Experience

The Adrenaline GTS 23’s midsole is made of Brooks DNA LOFT v2 material. This is lightweight and soft, and not overly bulky.

Brooks’ GuideRails® holistic support system works in a similar fashion to the bumpers on a bowling alley. The GuideRails help to limit excess movement; supporting your body to move in its natural movement path.

Upper Fit

It’s not just the midsole that supports your feet. The 3D Fit Print adds structure to the upper; helping to provide further support for your feet.

The Brooks Men’s Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoes are best suited to runs at easy to steady paces. The stability, coupled with soft cushioning, should help you to complete your training runs – whether that’s an easy paced recovery run or a long run.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
