Underfoot Feel

The Ghost 15 have proved to be very popular running shoes. The midsole will be one of the main reasons for this. DNA LOFT v2 cushioning is soft and lightweight. Offering a plush feel for daily training runs. 

Another key component of the Ghost 15 is the segmented crash pad – found at the lateral side of the heels. The purpose of the crash pad is to slow down the rate of pronation. The result should be a smooth and comfortable running experience.

Upper Fit

Breathability is provided by the engineered mesh upper. The 3D Fit Print adds structure to the upper, with the purpose of providing support for your feet.

The Brooks Men’s Ghost 15 Running Shoes are neutral running shoes. Best matched to daily training runs on the road at easy to steady paces.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
