Advice for Road Runners: The Brooks Women’s Glycerin 21 Running Shoes are neutral running shoes. Designed to delivery premium cushioning and plush comfort.
Underfoot Feel
The Glycerin 21’s midsole consists of Brooks’ DNA LOFT v3 cushioning. This nitrogen-infused foam provides lightweight, responsive, and durable cushioning.
While these are neutral running shoes, they are built on a broad platform – creating a stable base from which to land and push off from.
If you wore the Glycerin 20, please note that the Glycerin 21 has an extra 2 mm of DNA LOFT v3 cushioning.
The new RoadTack rubber on the outsole is lightweight and durable.
Upper Fit
The Glycerin 21’s upper is a new, engineered warp knit upper. It delivers breathability, and provides support in vital areas.
Ideal Run Type
The Brooks Women’s Glycerin 21 Running Shoes are best for slow to steady paced training runs. Premium cushioning should make these a comfortable choice for long road runs.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
