The Cadence™ Electrolyte Drink Can delivers hydration in an efficient and convenient way. The citrus flavour has a very refreshing taste, especially when the can has been refrigerated. 

From an electrolyte standpoint, a Cadence™ Electrolyte Drink Can contains:

• 500mg of salt (sodium chloride) to help you maintain fluid and electrolyte balance in the body by retaining water, thus aiding hydration through osmosis;
• 190mg of potassium chloride to contribute to the maintenance of normal cellular fluid balance, nerve impulses and muscle contractions; and
• 295mg of magnesium lactate to facilitate the necessary electrolyte balance for proper cellular water distribution.
