Advice for Road Runners: The HOKA Women’s Arahi 6 in the Nimbus Cloud/Blanc De Blanc colourway are one of the lightest stability running shoes available. However, they still offer great cushioning and support. Making them very well suited to daily miles.
Underfoot Feel
You should experience great protection under your feet with the HOKA Arahi 6 cushioning. At the same time, the foam also feels responsive. Helping you maintain your pace.
The help doesn’t stop there. HOKA’s trademark Meta-Rocker technology can roll your feet forwards. The result? You should notice smoother transitions from landing to take-off.
A dynamic support system, named J-Frame, helps reduce greater ranges of pronation. The denser foam, that’s shaped like the letter J, should support your feet as and when it’s needed.
Upper Fit
Weighing approximately 216 grams, the HOKA Arahi 6 Stability Running Shoes are very light. Much of this achieved through a lightweight upper design. However, support has not been compromised.
In case you don’t know, HOKA only converts the women’s size from US to UK by one and a half sizes. Most running brands convert it by two full sizes. We recommend choosing your normal US running shoe size.
Ideal Run Type
We position the HOKA Women’s Arahi 6 Stability Running Shoes in our Float Experience category. That’s because they offer great cushioning, protection, and support for slower to steady paced runs. While we can’t promise you’ll feel like you’re floating, they should help you cover the miles with more ease.
The HOKA Arahi 6 should provide lots of cushioning for longer distance runs. However, if you’re looking for even more cushioning, you may want to check out the HOKA Gaviota 5.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
