Hoka Bondi X Explained
The women’s Hoka Bondi X in the Black/White colourway offers all the cushioning and protection of the Hoka Bondi 7 but adds in a key extra ingredient – a propulsive carbon fibre plate which gives the shoe a more performance-led feel, no matter what pace you’re running at!
Underfoot Feel
With super-cushioned EVA enveloping the carbon fibre plate and an extended Meta Rocker, the Bondi X 7 marries race-capable performance with outstanding protection for runners running at a wide variety of paces by reducing stress on the knees and Achilles tendons.
Upper Fit
A lightweight mesh upper with 3D hotmelt yarns holds the foot in place for a secure fit. The addition of a perforated EVA tongue adds an extra layer of breathability. Comfort is further added to by a soft cradling ortholite sockliner.
Ideal Run Type
The Hoka Bondi X is a highly cushioned and supportive running shoe offering premium protection and is a great option for runs and races across a wide range of paces and distances.
The benefits received by runners from the high levels of cushioning and propulsive carbon plate found in the Hoka Bondi X will be noticed most during longer runs when legs begin to tire.
