Underfoot Feel

The shoe features Mizuno’s premium Enerzy foam throughout the midsole which is 2mm thicker than before for a softer, more premium feel. This foam has an incredibly bouncy, responsive feel and also offers fantastic durability.

The Wave Plate has a parallel configuration within the midsole. It disperses shock throughout the sole unit, enhancing the stability of the midsole foam. The Wave Plate also gives a powerful, propulsive feel to every stride. Mizuno’s X10 carbon rubber outsole is highly durable and also adds traction on heel strike.

Upper Fit

The AIRmesh upper is made using up to 90% recycled materials in its construction and offers fantastic breathability and comfort. As with other Mizuno models, the Wave Rider 26 has a secure and supportive ankle fit.

Ideal Run Type

The Mizuno Women’s Wave Rider 26 Running Shoes are suitable for a mixture of run. They’re great for both long, easier-paced runs and shorter, sharper runs at quicker paces. The propulsive and supportive ride is a longstanding favourite with many runners who consistently return to this wonderfully versatile model!

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
