Underfoot Experience

New Fresh Foam X midsole foam provides high levels of cushioning. The level of cushioning stems from the quality of the material itself and the stack height. Soft, plush cushioning is what you should feel underneath your feet in the 1080v13 – which are neutral running shoes.

If you examine the outsole of these shoes, you will notice the vertical flex grooves. The purpose of these flex grooves – which in effect run front to back as opposed to side to side – is to increase forefoot stiffness and help heel to toe transition. This should be particularly beneficial for helping you to move efficiently through your training miles.
