Underfoot Feel

The responsive React foam midsole is retained but now has a second Zoom Air unit in the heel. This smooths heel-to-toe transitions. The Nike React foam which forms the midsole is lightweight, durable and springy and also provides excellent cushioning without bulk.

The shoe retains a wider forefoot with more space for your toes. Additional extra rubber in the heel area improves durability and extra flex grooves on the outsole also improve flexibility. 

Upper Fit

Flywire and a fit-band have been added to the upper. These hold the foot securely and also relieve potential pressure points across the top of the foot. Strengthened engineered mesh in the upper enhances durability and comfort, while the padded tongue and heel collar also optimise comfort.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Men’s Air Zoom Pegasus 39 Running Shoes feel responsive and offer a softer, more flexible feel than before. They’re ideal for running across a range of paces.
