Underfoot Feel

As mentioned, the Nike InfinityRN 4 midsole is ReactX foam. This should feel highly protective underfoot, but not overly soft. As a result, the cushioning should help you transition from one stride to the next with a lot of efficiency.

The rockered heel-to-toe design also aids this sensation as it’s likely to smooth out transitions from landing to take-off.

Tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning provides extra stability for your feet and ankles.

Upper Fit

Nike acknowledged that these have a snug fit. We recommend ordering a half-size up from your normal Nike running shoes.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Men’s InfinityRN 4 Road Running Shoes offer a lot of underfoot protection. As a result, they’re well suited to longer distance running. The holistic support should also help you if your form starts to worsen throughout a run. 

We recommend using them on your lower intensity run days.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
