Underfoot Feel

You really have to try the Nike Invincible 3 Running Shoes to feel how cushioned ZoomX foam is. It’s difficult to articulate how cushioned and bouncy the material feels. 

As ZoomX foam is so soft, midsole shaping helps improve underfoot stability. There’s also wide base-nets to make you feel more confident.

A heel to toe curve, more commonly known as a rocker, helps smooth out the transition from landing to take-off.

Upper Fit

The Nike Invincible 3 Flyknit upper feels both light, and yet very supportive. There’s also minimal seams to limit the chances of friction and irritation. 

In our experience, the toe box area feels spacious. Whilst the heel collar offers good support, you may wish to use the last eyelet to improve lock-down. 

Ideal Run Type

Wear the Nike Men’s Invincible 3 Running Shoes on your easy to steady paced miles and long runs. That’s because the thick ZoomX cushioning helps take the stress of your muscles and the impact out of landing.

While ZoomX foam offers incredible energy return, these are not designed for faster-paced runs. 

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
