The Flyknit 2 has been updated to feel even more plush underfoot with an increased stack height and reduced flexion ankle. There is a new cushioned heel collar and a highly breathable upper made with Flywire technology. This fabric construction uses Kevlar to provide a knit that offers maximum support and durability.

The midsole design uses React foam for a highly dynamic underfoot feel and has a wide base for increased stability. A smooth transition from heel to toe is aided by the rocker-like design, making steady runs feel easier and propelling tired legs forward at the end of long runs.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
