Underfoot Feel

The Nike Pegasus Turbo should feel fast under your feet. That’s due to the rocker shaped midsole and ZoomX foam. The rocker design is great for encouraging forward momentum. ZoomX foam is incredibly light and soft, but returns a lot of energy.

Traction is important when you are running at speed. The waffle-inspired tread on the outsole helps to provide grip where and when it is needed.

Upper Fit

Flyknit technology produces a supportive upper that still has plenty of stretch and breathability.

Ideal Run Type

We recommend the Nike Women’s Pegasus Turbo Running Shoes for the following training run distances:

• the mile;
• 5k; and
• 10k.

The Peg Turbo will perform at their best when you are trying to run fast.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
