Advice for Road Runners: The Cloudflyer from On Running delivers stability and control to your runs in a lightweight and non-intrusive manner. Helion superfoam makes up the full midsole of the shoe. This provides lots of cushioning plus energy return and will feel softer than the previous model. The heel base and cloud cushioning is also wider for more stability. Despite this being well cushioned, the Speedboard delivers a snappy feel. It will therefore feel good while picking up the pace.
Added stability is provided by a midfoot stability tube which guides the foot through the gait cycle, preventing the foot from rolling inwards. A 3D molded heel also increases support and reduces the chances of ankle discomfort. The upper is constructed using an ultra-light engineered mesh that optimises air flow.
The Cloudflyer is ideal for runners looking for a stability shoe for faster-paced training, or who generally likes the feeling of a lighter weight, more responsive running shoe.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
