Advice for Road Runners: The On Women’s Cloudmonster 2 Running Shoes offer a max-cushioned experience, with lots of propulsion.
Underfoot Feel
The max-cushioned On Men’s Cloudmonster 2’s midsole consists of a dual-density Helion superfoam. The top layer of foam is softer than the bottom layer, as this helps improve comfort.
Large CloudTec® Elements collapse and then rebound to maximise both protection and propulsion. This unique design is likely to feel very comfortable for heel strikers.
A nylon-blend Speedboard®, that’s shaped for propulsion, is sandwiched between the two layers of Helion superfoam. This propulsive structure aids forward momentum and should aid your running economy.
Upper Fit
The On Cloudmonster 2 Running Shoes’ upper offers a spacious fit in the toe-box, and should suit runners with broad foot shapes. The midfoot and ankle area offers great lock-down.
Premium fabrics compliment the midsole feel.
Ideal Run Type
The On Women’s Cloudmonster 2 Running Shoes offer great protection and propulsion. As a result, this On model is suitable for a range of paces and distances.
We recommend the On Cloudmonster 2 Running Shoes for easy miles, steady run days, and long-distance efforts. Although, you’ll get the most from the midsole when pick up the pace.
If you’re looking for On Running Shoes with a softer feel, you should consider the On Cloudeclipse Running Shoes.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
