Advice for Road Runners: The On Women’s Cloudsurfer Next Running Shoes offer a propulsive experience – making this model a great choice for steady runs and tempo efforts.
Underfoot Feel
On’s CloudTec Phase® midsole is well established thanks to the success of the original Cloudsurfer. With CloudTec Phase®, the Clouds in the midsole collapse in sequence, resulting in a very smooth heel-to-toe transition. On’s Helion™ superfoam helps to propel you forward with an energetic toe-off.
A key thing to note in the Cloudsurfer Next’s design is the updated forefoot rocker. This will help to create a propulsive sensation – which should help you to move forward with greater ease and efficiency.
Overall, the On Cloudsurfer Next midsole offers a protective, yet responsive underfoot ride.
Upper Fit
The Cloudsurfer Next’s upper is very light and very breathable. The woven mesh will hold your feet comfortably and securely.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
