The inner layer in the back is more fitted to enhance the fit and function. Without reducing breathability, the armhole has been closed up to improve the fit.

The lightweight polyester fabric has been selected due to its sweat wicking properties. Not only will it pull moisture away from your skin quickly, it will dry even faster so you stay comfortable the whole way through your run. It can be worn for multiple sessions before needing to be washed thanks to a treatment which prevents odour-causing bacteria spreading. UV rays are also blocked by the fabric.
