The fabric is heavier weight than a running tight of standard thickness, and the fabric is brushed on the inside. Brushed fabric helps to trap hot air – helping to keep you warm. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the fabric is breathable and stretchy. 

A back zip pocket is ideal for storing the likes of a key and a credit card. A thigh stash pocket (no zip) on the outside of the left-thigh is perfect for a mobile phone.
