The Aero Glide is designed to feel plush underneath your feet. The combination of a high stack height for the midsole and Salomon’s energyFOAM – a light and responsive foam – creates comfort for road runs. 

Salomon’s R.Camber technology results in a rocker geometry for a quick and fluent transition through the gait cycle, helping forward momentum.

Upper Fit

An emphasis on a plush fit has resulted in a soft padded tongue and heel collar being part of the Aero Glide’s design. This should help make training runs more comfortable.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
