Advice for Road Runners: The Triumph 19 in the Royal/Space colourway is Saucony’s plushest and most cushioned shoe, and is designed to provide the ultimate in protective cushioning to make long or recovery runs feel easier. But they’ll still feel great if you’re looking to pick up the pace from time to time!

PWRRUN+ midsole foam gives a springy and responsive feeling underfoot while providing a very high level of cushioning. With a new engineered mono-mesh upper made from 100% recycled materials, an articulated lacing design and a sock-like fit, a secure fit and great performance is assured!

This is a soft and plush running shoe, ideal for long, easy miles but will still really perform when you want to get moving!

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
