Underfoot Feel
In comparison to the Endorphin Pro 3, the midsole in the Endorphin Pro 4 has a major update. The top layer of foam is now PWRRUN HG. This foam provides superior energy return and is very light.
The bottom layer of foam is Saucony’s proven PWRRUN PB foam. A lightweight foam with exceptional energy return.
A carbon fibre plate is sandwiched between the two layers of foam. The plate should help to improve propulsion and efficiency at faster paces. However, it does not do all the work; the foams are important.
A new Super Responsive Sockliner further enhances the Endorphin Pro 4’s ability to help you run faster.
Finally, an ultra thin outsole provides traction and durability in critical areas.
Upper Fit
The single layer mesh upper with attached tongue is very breathable. Exactly what’s required for race day.
There is a supportive collar lining for comfort and a secure fit.
Ideal Run Type
The Saucony Women’s Endorphin Pro 4 Running Shoes are for road racing. These carbon fibre plated running shoes are best suited to distances ranging from 5K to the marathon.
While it is best to keep the Endorphin Pro 4 for racing, it is sensible to get used to them by completing some of your faster training sessions in them.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
