Saucony | Women’s Endorphin Shift 2 Running Shoes

Advice for Road Runners: Designed to make slower and longer runs feel easy, the Endorphin Shift 2 from Saucony in the Cool Mint/Acid colourway is the third member of the Endorphin family. While it still looks fast, the Endorphin Shift 2 has been carefully constructed to be used on days when you’re feeling a bit tired and you want some help to make the miles feel like a little less work.

The unique structure of the midsole helps create forward motion at slower speeds and reduces the amount of work that muscles and tendons do. As it doesn’t contain a plate of any form, Saucony designed the midsole with a high stack height, low drop and reduced the number of flex grooves at the forefoot. This enables SpeedRoll technology to help create more forward flow at slower speeds and reduce the overall effort required to run at a given pace. PWRRUN cushioning provides a plush underfoot feel that makes you want to run further.

To further assist you when you’re tired, the Endorphin Shift 2 has some additional support. An external heel counter, made from TPU, extends down the medial side to work in unison with the medial rubber of the midsole that’s flared out. This support system will only kick in when you need it. A FORMFIT upper delivers a high degree of comfort and support.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
