Support is provided by a HOLLOW-TECH system which surrounds your foot and adds stability when required in a lightweight and minimalistic way. If your feet roll in, this system provides additional control and helps reduce the amount of inward movement. This only kicks in when you need it, so is great for runners who may have differences in stability between each foot or who know they fatigue later on during runs.

Cushioning is delivered by an updated PWRRUN midsole which is softer, lighter and more protective than ever before. So although the stack height of the shoe has increased it is actually considerably lighter than previous versions! The bevelling and shaping of the midsole contributes to the incredibly smooth transition from heel to toe.

The Guide 15 is a supportive, secure and well-cushioned running shoe, ideal for a mix of easier and steadier-paced runs.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
