Underfoot Feel

It’s hard to be certain where your foot might go when you’re running on demanding trails. Every part of the Saucony Peregrine 14 midsole and outsole design should help you feel in more control. 

Firstly, 5 mm deep lugs help improve grip on both loose and hard packed surfaces. If your foot is landing in mud with one step, and then on flat wet rock with the next, the grippy PWRTRAC outsole should adapt to the challenge.

Next, a 4 mm drop PWWRUN midsole should offer protection, while also bolstering confidence on uneven ground. There’s even a rock plate to stop sharp objects piercing through. If you end up on hard ground, such as a road, the soft PWRRUN+ sockliner should add some welcomed extra comfort.

Upper Fit

The vibrant looking Saucony Peregrine 14 upper features an upgraded breathable, two-toned mesh with durable Ripstop in the heel. There’s also a newly designed protective eye-row with a suede textile reinforcement.

The lighter coloured section on the end of the toe box highlights the protective toe bumper.

Ideal Run Type

Even if you’re running on the same trails, the underfoot conditions can be very different from one day to the next. The Saucony Women’s Peregrine 14 Trail Running Shoes are perfectly suited to helping you overcome the challenges associated with this. For example, they should provide great grip and comfort on both dry routes and wet slippery trails.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
