Advice for Road Runners: The dependable Saucony Ride 14 in the Razzle/Fairytale colourway is a supportive neutral shoe that delivers excellent cushioning and energy return. The shoe now features a sleek upper with sock-like FORMFIT construction and breathable engineered mesh with 3D printed overlays. The heel collar and tongue have also been updated from the Ride 13, with less bulk to improve the fit. The design of the upper helps accommodate a variety of foot shapes. A perforated mesh reduces weight and enhances breathability.

PWRRUN cushioning provides great cushioning with a PWRRUN+ topsole helping to deliver high levels of responsiveness. The outsole also has more blown rubber to improve durability.

The Ride 14 is a great option for runners who mix up their paces and like a cushioned feel that isn’t overly soft. Suitable for recovery runs, long runs, tempo runs and interval running, it’s a great all rounder.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
